Most therapists can only provide services in the state of their licensure. If you live in Northern Colorado or nearby, you can choose if you want an in-person or virtual session. If you happen to live or are traveling out of state, no problem! Most of the clients working with VFR Wellness are often on the go with unpredictable schedules.  Dr. Eric Richardson has Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by the PSYPACT. This means that he can provide services in the 43 states that have adopted PSYPACT legislation. Please see the map above or the list below for PSYPACT “Participating States” where you can be located while receiving my services. Additional states are currently working to become PSYPACT states by introducing legislation. More information regarding PSYPACT and its requirements can be found at www.psypact.gov. To ensure VFR Wellness is compliant with PSYPACT and state laws, your location will be obtained at the beginning of each virtual session.
