In-Person Services:

VFR Wellness currently offers in-person services in Windsor, Colorado. There are plans in to find office space in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and to offer in-person service there 1-2 times a week.

Video Services:

Therapy over video is offered at VFR Wellness. We use a HIPPA compliant version of Zoom. Through PSYPACT we can see patients in 43 states. If you are traveling, you can still be seen if you are in one of those states. This flexibility makes telehealth services the most popular choice, especially for pilots. A flexible combination of video services and in-person services is also a common option for individuals in Northern Colorado.

Phone services:

Phone sessions are also available to meet unpredictable and busy schedules. Sometimes internet is poor/unavailable (like at budget hotels booked by an airline) or phone works better for your needs. We of course can’t offer services while operating vehicles, but it is OK to fold your laundry while doing talk therapy.

Preventive Therapy

Maintain emotional well-being, enhance work performance, and build resilience before problems arise.

Address emerging concerns early, before they being to significantly impact your daily life, relationships, or work.

Therapy Treatment

Reduce, minimize, and eliminate how much mental health symptoms get in the way of relationships, hobbies, work performance, and well-being.

Goal of no longer meeting criteria for a mental health condition.

Maintenance Therapy

Maintain gains made in therapy, prevent relapse, and continue building skills that support long-term well-being. Address challenges as they arise to sustain progress and reduce the likelihood of symptoms significantly impacting daily life, relationships, or work.
